If you would like to attend the Nurses session, you sign up in the registration form.
Nurses who register for the Thursday/Friday congress will automatically register for the Wednesday nurses course free of charge, please check the box in the registration form (for administrative purposes) if visiting the nurses course on Wednesday.

Social Event – Thursday 15 October, 19.00-21.00 hrs.
Please join us at our social event. Enjoy drinks, food, and music while you catch up with old friends and make new ones. You can register in the registration form.

Scholarships
We can offer a limited number of scholarships from Colorectal Team Overseas (CTO), www.ctoverseas.org of $500 US dollars each for participants from low and middle income countries to attend the meeting.

- Attach a short letter (max 1 A4 page) to motivate why you apply for the scholarship.
The fee applies to low or lower-middle-income countries, based on the country of the affiliated organisation.

Abstract submission
The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce its call for submission of abstracts to be considered for presentation at the 17th Annual European Pediatric Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction Meeting in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from 14 - 16 October 2026. You are invited to submit an abstract/s to be reviewed to epcm2026@erasmusmc.nl for inclusion in the conference program.

Cancellation policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with the letter of cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Bureau via e-mail epcm2026@erasmusmc.nl.
In case of cancellation:
- before the 1 August 2026 we will charge 50% of the total amount you are registered for
- after 1 August 2026 we will charge the full registration fee.
